My favorite hotel EVER was The Adler in Feldberg, Germany. Very small, quaint little family-owned hotel with picturesque Bavarian charm. And the food…EXQUISITE! For those of you fortunate enough to have stayed there with us….’nuff said. GORGEOUS!!!!!

We were staying in a small hotel in Meiringen when the story above and the story below decided to merge without warning. Luckily, no one was hurt.

Well when I went to Luxembourg in 2004, our very first hotel stay was quite the expierence trying to figure out the different outlets, from american outlets to european…long story short…My roomate Whitney (last name)? and I didn’t figure it it just right and well…there was smoke and well a non functioning straightener afterwards…My roomate needed her straightner and well lets say I felt VERY bad the whole trip.

I’m 98% certain that my favorite hotel was The Adler – if The Adler is the hotel in the first picture in the Photo Gallery. I remember the day that picture was taken…in fact, I have the EXACT SAME picture (somewhere)!

We stayed in a monastery somewhere and it was the best night of sleep I have ever had. I still seek the feeling I had that night of complete peace.
